Count it all joy with your trial,
The trials of various kinds;
Temptations make you defile,
With corruption within the minds.
You know it puts faith to the test,
For steadfastness in your patience;
Allowing you to do your best,
As your mind will check your conscience.
Let your patience have full effect,
For to be perfect and complete;
Wanting nothing to neglect,
That would be causing your defeat.
If any of you lack wisdom,
Then feel free to pray to the Lord;
He gives requests from His Kingdom,
Generously in one accord.
Go and ask in faith without a doubt,
For doubts are like waves of the sea;
Tossed by the wind driven about,
Rejecting of any decree.
Let a person never to think,
Anything that they will receive;
From the Lord in permanent ink,
If they do not firmly believe.
Believers have favor in the Lord,
Must never show favoritism;
Always being in one accord,
Attracted like magnetism.
For a double-minded person,
Is unstable in all their ways;
Uncertainty when they are done,
Indecisive within a maze.
