Nonexistent Love
Nonexistent Love
Maybe I could have spoken
But I didn't want you
To hear my tears.
Voice shaking
With uncertainty.
Knowing somehow
The promised
Would never exist
In reality.
Struggling to find
Words
When nothing
Can precisely pinpoint
The emotional wreckage
Of the current day.
Dreams
Popping like bubbles.
Hope shatters
Like a wine glass
Thrown brutally against
A crimson brick wall.
