An oasis in a hot desert,
a raft for a drowning man,
a kiss of life for the dying
and your true love for me,
has one thing in common;
they are blessings from God.
I've grumbled and complained,
for the petty things in my life
and have neglected the blessings
sent to me from our Lord.
I promise you from now on
I'm going to count my blessings
and I say thank you, Sweetheart,
from the bottom of my heart
for loving me so truly with
your pure and sincere heart.
I ask you to forgive me for
taking your love for granted,
not realising that you are my
true blessings and unique and
a rare gift from almighty God.
