Feeling Myself Again

~Feeling Myself Again~
Not many people know this
But I have often struggled with
My Own self image for years....
Why? I'll never tell you...
Unless, you are close to me
And I choose to tell you
After I drop my walls.
If you aint that lucky than too bad for you.
Feeling Myself Again after years
I feel the true beauty within.
I feel the woman that I am truly suppose to be
Feeling Myself Again I am happier
Than I have ever been in my life
Never thought this could have been possible in my life.
Feeling myself again I find my peace
In the midst of crying, I find my center
Feeling myself again I remember why
Why I am here, my reason to be
My reason to survive.
Feeling myself again after years
of self degrading of my own image....
Feeling myself again after years
I truly realize when you find the
Right people you find
Who Keeps your heart who you truly
Know who has your back and who
Will stay by you and not leave you.
Feeling myself again after years I focus on my surroundings
And the serenity of peaceful bliss follows me.
Feeling myself again I ain't going back to how I was,
I rose out of the ashes, I am staying strong,
I am staying forever myself again.
