AFTERMATH
WHEN I REACH UP TO HEAVEN
WHEN I REACH UP TO HEAVEN
Excited to see my family waiting for me
I miss them all, I will be glad to see
My lovely mother and dear old dad
To see my whole family, I will be so glad
It has seemed so much of a long wait
For me to approach that great Heaven's gate
WHEN I REACH UP TO HEAVEN
My new home will eliminate all my fears
To the ones left behind, please no tears
I did have a long-life full of dreams
Nothing ever turned out the way it seems
All my planning did not mean I would succeed
Some people I knew did just because of their greed
WHEN I REACH UP TO HEAVEN
I will be sad for the ones I left behind
In life only one go around I don't need to remind
I know God's angels will lead me up there
My family ahead of me happiness again we can share
The thought of being with my family again
To be in heavens glory, I will gain
DON'T FEEL SAD FOR ME
