The job
Yes parents your job and this you must remember
Is that of preparing the children for their future
So that in time they can exercise some independence
When that time come to between themselves and the nest some distance
In those stages of development there may be some bother
Because you may notice some things that differ
One may be considered to be such a high flyer
Whilst the other may be quite clearly much slower
This indeed may bring a feeling being dishearten
But remember life can always throw in that problem
Do research to find out what may be the reason
So that there can be an informed decision
In some cases this may be a simple matter
That could be what to that development be a hinder
As there could be a hearing or visual defect
And that was what on that stage had the most impact
It is true there will be discomfort when among those peers
Their teasing and taunting even bullying add to the fears
And what is so sad those uncaring adults
Can think it is fun, as they hurl the insult
But be always vigilant take care and be there
To take care of those one which are held so dear
Always be will to deal with and educate in those fears
Because that job have no time frame, as challenges shall be near
