AFTERMATH

SLOW DOWN

SLOW DOWN
LIFE IS SPINING TO FAST

Where did my yesterday's go?
Back then time seemed so slow
As a kid just waiting for summer holidays
They always seemed so far away

Time still dragged waiting for my first car
Trying to reach the age of 16 seemed so far
Then when I started working waiting for the weekends
Those five days sometimes drag, to party with friends

Then it seems like magic woke up one morning
I suddenly realized I'm a senior, this takes a bit of adjusting
Now time has seemed to go so fast
As I am looking back at my past

After a lifetime of complaining about time to slow
Suddenly where did it all go
Now that time seems way too short
Look for other old folks for support
Little did I realize how fast life goes
There is only one thing that I ask

SLOW DOWN
LIFE IS SPINNING WAY TO FAST
