A Warning To The World
If we carry on taking making and throwing away
All the colours in a rainbow will turn to Grey
They will be nothing left for anyone
Eternal darkness will cast a shadow over the sun
If we keep chasing money instead of love
Something will have to give if push comes to shove
If we carry on fighting wars and building bombs
Tomorrow will be over before it comes
All the children will be locked up in chains
Hatred and violence will be all that remains
Were going down fast like a sinking ship
The scales of Justice are bound to tip
When we poison the river and chop down the tree
There's nothing left for you and me
If we carry on destroying everything in sight
It will be nuclear winter endless night
The sea will boil the land will fry
There will be a fire in the sky
If nothing changes and we stay the same
We will only have ourselves to blame
If we carry on pretending lying giving into greed
If we don't share and take more then we need
The pieces of the puzzle will all fall apart
We will be back in the stone age back to the start
You don't see the problem when your fast asleep
You follow blindly like good Little sheep
If we carry on consenting to suicide
If we want people in power who we know have lied
If we agree to cruelty rules and regulations
Slavery debt and strange situations
Then join the army when you fail
If your not politically correct they will throw you in jail
You better be the change you want to see
