I heard of your faith in the Lord,
And your love you have toward the saints;
So please remain in one accord,
And steer clear of any complaints.
Keep giving thanks never to cease,
Remembering putting in your prayers;
For the Lord will also increase,
His blessings that anyone shares.
The God of the Lord Jesus Christ,
Will give the Spirit of wisdom;
Because His glory has enticed,
To the knowledge of His Kingdom.
The eyes of your heart enlightened,
Understanding that you may hope;
Faith in the future is brightened,
That your present able to cope.
Abysmal greatness of His might,
The power towards us who believe;
For we will walk towards His great light,
He gives salvation we receive.
He had raised Christ up from the dead,
And seated Him at His right hand;
In heavenly places became the head,
Of the church rules at His command.
Dominion and power to rule,
Above every name that is named;
His enemies as a footstool,
Just as the prophets have proclaimed.
He put all things under His feet,
And as the head over the church;
As the fullness of the elite,
That fills them to complete their search.
