A Beautiful Day

It's a beautiful day,
and I am on par!
Done my share of the load,
and I've gone mighty far!

Still walking and talking,
and loving my life,
and whatever I do,
I do with my wife!

Nice, having my partner
with me, at my age,
at a time when we treasure
each other, at this stage.

I've still got my health,
well, for the most part;
but get around fine,
and I'm still young at heart!

I've conquered the goals
most essential to me,
that fulfilled all my dreams,
anyone might agree.

All's copacetic
in my hemisphere;
and if someone should ask,
"There is no complaint here!"
