New Brand
There were time when there was admiration for politics
As one sit and think trying to understand those antics
This can bring out a smile at the way they prevaricate
Thus trying to get a favorable support from the electorate
But Alas we are now seeing a type of change
Where no tactful lying,or cheating also cult behaviour is on the range
As always gerrymandering, scare tactics and done bolder
More intense voter suppression is walking boldly through the door
But when one take that look at the candidate's quality
Some quite frankly appear to need some help remedially
But like a parrot repeating the nonsense of the party
Because that tribal voting is the passport to that victory
It is not amusing to see the antics that go by around
One can deduce the with them something is wrong
Those conspiracies, far fetched stories beyond reality
Making one conclude that something is so wrong mentally
But does this make some turn away and be irate
Nothing can have any effect on the nonsense they promulgate
The ones who are objective, will have a feeling so down
As they see the possibility of being represented by a clown
So this election cycle there is that potential
To be governed by whose plans are not beneficial
As they plan to do a reversal on anything that is helpful
This is the product of tribal voting, so pleasing to the gullible
