Be Alert
There are many who really show their great measure
In situations which seem to be of high pressure
Exhibiting such a cool, calm and controlled temperament
Demonstrating to them such is the accustomed environment
Of course many will look on with such great admiration
Some hoping that someday to emulate such determination
Readily feeling inside such a degree of satisfaction
And imagining the pleasure of a making a great production
Such a willingness to take most things in stride
Not getting cocky, but killed the feeling of pride
But willing to others that knowledge to share
For that day when you have gone off somewhere
No doubt keeping updated by always retraining
As one knows that situations are constantly changing
So there is no objection to be always preparing
Hence there nothing lost but keep on learning
What a great feeling is there in professionalism
This is such a very great asset to many systems
As this sets a standard that is held in such high respect
That those coming in shall use as to he yardstick
