My Heart Flutters

My Heart Flutters
As the dawn approaches
My heart sees the light of day
Like a dove flapping its wings
My heart flutters in the new
Adventures that it flies towards.
My Heart flutters because I am
Not only fully embracing to love
Myself again but in a deeper
Way that I thought was lost
Since I was a child.
One Main Difference is my
Heart is freer then when I was a child
I don't want to go into details how
Because that is my business, but expressing
How my heart truly feels now is something I will do
When my heart flutters it feels like
Its rising from the ashes,
Making itself into something new.
When my heart flutters it embraces
It's wings to fly like an angel
Who just got her wings
And ready to soar.
My heart flutters with complete
Joy and Happiness as I venture
In my life forward.
There are a select few people
In my life that know about
My happiness and the reasons
Behind it all. My heart flutters
For more reasons than my heart
Can fully express.
Those lucky enough to know my
Heart will forever remain close
To my heart, unless they choose
To walk away. My heart will
Continue to flutter from the
Pure Joy and Happiness that I
Couldn't ask for more!

My Heart Flutters
