For allowing me
The privilege to
Call you Mama!
Mama, thank you
For allowing me into your life and
Taking me beneath your wings.
Mama, thank you
For accepting me as your own!
Mama, thank you
For your prayers when
You do not have to
But you choose to pray for me!
Mama, thank you
For showing me a side of myself
I forgot I had, I just buried it.
Mama, thank you
For being a sister, I never had.
Mama, thank you
For being a sweet kind
Hearted soul who inspires others.
Mama, thank you
For embracing me when you
Never had to choose me.
Mama, thank you
For having me as yours....

For the ride of an amazing lifetime!
