~Protectiveness Comes From My Heart~
If you are close to me, close to my heart
Then one should know the
Protectiveness comes from my heart
It might come off as clingy
And for that I am sorry
It is just a part of who I am.
The Protectiveness comes from my heart
To shield those closest to me from harm
To Protect them like a Mama bear protects her cubs.
The protectiveness that comes from my heart
I know is not needed in most cases
With my relationships but from a side of me
Not many people get the pleasure to experience
I am very protective of my own.
The reason is simple: My heart is pure.
Once you are my friend or you are my family
I WILL NEVER LEAVE out of loyalty
And with my loyalty comes a
Protectiveness that comes from my heart.
So, if you want to be close to me, close to my heart
Than be warned you will receive a protectiveness from my heart
Rather you want it or not, because you are stuck with me
Unless you choose to leave, I am not going anywhere!
Take it or leave it I guess but the
Stone cold reality is that if you
Have my heart, and you are close to me
I will never leave but just know you have a
Protectiveness that comes from my heart!
Let that sink in as you think about it!
