Humans are very complex creatures.
Each pain has its own mix of special features.
There is always a back story to each life.
That has caused their pain and strife.
It is always so hard to be happy.
When your internal self feels so angry and snappy
All it takes one bad day to cause so much harm.
To the people around you, sets off their alarm
Just one day of your sadness
Rob other love one's gladness.
Depression has such a ripple effect.
Spreads to so many, that they feel the reject
Try to seek out help from others you have so much to gain.
Professional is the best, to help you with your pain
Don't go another day living in your sorrow
If nothing else to have a better tomorrow
