Lost in a hopeless dream
A world of blame
I just want to be lifted up

Why is it always the women at fault
Why are we always to blame when the marriage falls apart
Why are we never believed
Why are we not good enough

The one who understands my pains
Who won't judge me
I can never be alone when I have you
You are my creator
You are my provider and give me the strength
It hurts when I'm blamed for things I ain't ever done
It hurts when I'm accused of playing the victim
I thought it was just me
It's many if your women
Your dunya is lost and we pray they find their way
It's like an endless tide
Our emotions drown in tears
Then we come back and we wait
For the light and love
We know that patience is our key to Jennah
Only you can lift us up and give us the warmth and love that we need
Only the quran speaks the truth
Only the sunnah is the right path
Only the Satan is our true enemy
If they weren't so weak he couldn't whisper into their hearts
Nor tempt them with gossip
Divorcès are people too
People who have been traumatised, hurt, abused and walked away
There's nothing wrong with walking away
You should lift us up and be our friends
Be a true community instead of treating us like we don't matter at all
Allah can see you and he doesn't like what you say
He doesn't like how you view us and how badly you disrespect and treat us
