AFTERMATH

SILLY THINGS

SILLY THINGS
FOR SENIORS

What are the signs of old age?
In some cases, it can begin in early stage
Walking into a room then forgetting why
Don't tell anyone if you don't want to hear a reply.
I keep forgetting people's names a commotion it can stir.
Never tell them, just call them mam or sir.
SILLY THINGS
Forgetting words mid-sentence, I go blank.
Try to cover it up by changing topics, blame it on what you drank.
If you do it too often people think you're an alcoholic
In so many cases doing that is so pathic
Crazy thing most people already know the truth.
Doesn't take a genius or sleuth.
SILLY THINGS
Ashamed to admit making coffee I screwed up.
Hit the button so it pours out forgetting the cup.
Or lost my morning coffee only to find it in the fridge.
The milk left on the counter was only left to find my beverage.
Worst yet shopping forgot my shoes left with my slippers on
Wondered why people looking at my feet, Opps they don't belong.
Lastly one day put my underwear on backward.
My defense it was dark, and something no one would have captured.
SILLY THINGS
FOR SENIORS
