CAUGHT BETWEEN TWO WORLDS
As she lay's there in silence
In between two worlds are her current balance.
Her eyes open wide, with just a blank stare.
It seems cruel for such a kind lady, doesn't seem fair.
At this point her room is a place of quiet and sleep
Family keeping vigil, first walking in with a creep.
Time seems to be standing still.
This waiting and watching is no thrill.
For anyone she met, she was always so kind.
Always someone's friend whoever she finds.
Made so many friends during her years.
Her leaving this world will bring many tears.
Always ready to help someone in need.
With her life she has planted such a valued seed
With her leaving us there will always be an empty space
Her life on this earth can never be replaced.
Our parents and brother are waiting to greet her on the other side.
But her soul will be taking a whole new ride.
For now!
