Winter Sun…
The winter sun shines bright,
But it's cold and chilly and bleak,
The trees and shrubs are barren,
Its hot sunny days we seek.
But though the winter sun is there,
The harshness of the cold on our face,
Tells us that it's very apparent…
The winter blue's we can't chase!
Beating down, almost blinding,
The winter sun shines bright,
Glistening like the snow…
On a cold and frosty night…!
Winter draws to a close,
Another season into the past,
Once more the sun shines bright and warm,
Because summer's here at last!
