Appreciate yourself for all the
Amazing things
You do each, and everyday.
Treat yourself with the same
Kindness and support
You give to each and everyone else.
Take extra time for love,
Friendship and laugther,
You my friend deserve them all.
Take plenty of little here and there
Just for your breaks,
To do all the things, that make you
Happy in the end.
Enjoy without limit
Every moment of your life,
And all the joys and blessings
Of another wonderful year.
