Green Grass Of Home Called Concrete!
It's lovely you know, my garden,
Bushes and shrubs all about,
The green, green grass of concrete,
Is putting everything out!
It looks a mess, it does,
Concrete all around,
What a mess, let me guess,
Its stones and concrete all about!
Me landlord said I could fix the front,
Take the drive apart,
Make it easier for me…
Cos he's really got a great heart!
But the concrete's all over the drive,
What a bummer it is to us,
But we will sort it he told me,
He doesn't make a fuss!
So it's on its way to perfection,
This concrete garden of mine,
And by the time it's finished,
It'll be a garden good and fine!
So then, what an idea it was,
To put this drive to right,
Cos after all, when said and done,
It looked a bloody sight!
