Poetic Verses
This Day
On this day sun hath risen much the same
as any other day the morning greet
In glory the rays to awake thee came
as nonchalant, to thee, this day to meet
In anxious wonder eagerly I wait
My hopes to soar upon desire grand
As hour upon hour on this date
falls swiftly grain by grain hour glass sand
Sun shines in thine eyes, as it warms thy heart,
obscuring shadow that, now, thou hath cast
With full intension thy true love impart
unsealed but rich in devotion vast
Wish that has sparkled as the bright sun ray
retire, now, at the end of this day
