In all these years, she has not left the nest
She's addicted to Mother-Bird, her God, her test
She accepts not herself and won't fly alone
So she bears Mother-Bird's pain not just her own
Her body has taken ill from the poison she was fed
Through older Bird's ignorance, generations led
A piercing needle to hear her song
Like a wolf craves carcass, she craves chaos all-day-long
Poor Broken Wings, heal your inner world - your reality
So yourself - your enemy
Will not follow you where ever you go
Your internal and external predators, flee, over-throw
Learn to love
Learn to fly
Learn to live before you die
Leave the nest
