Looking but not seeing

Touching but not feeling

Caring but not feeling
I want to hold you so much
I want to pull you close
And tell you some things
I want us to be lovers
Not just friends
You could tell me you feel the same
Or you could turn and walk away
You can shatter my heart
Or tell me you want to stay
Should I take a chance on love
And look you in the eyes
Do I tell you the truth
Or keep telling you lies
