The loud tones go off.
The firemen fly to put on their gear.
One boot
Two boot
Such speed with carefulness
They trow their spenders over their shoulders
Grabbing their jackets
Shooting toward the engines.
The engines roar
Sirens wail
All toward a building that is on fire.
People getting out of the way
Wondering what is happening
Telling what engines are going to Jasco.
Flying
It doesn't look like they are touching the road.
Okay men
We need that hose
Some on e directs traffic
Pressure builds
But they don't crack
Spray water there
Doing good
Is any one in the building?
Look there is a person in the window!
Okay here is what to do
They risk their lives to save others
In the building they go
She is saved!
Home they go
To their families
Home intil the next call.
They seem like ordinary men and women
With normal everyday jobs.
Some do
But even then
They have one of the toughest jobs
A firemen's life
Is
Hot
Tough
And
Tiring
But they still do it.
But they still do it.
Firemen have their families
That worry
But know this is what they want to do.
How can you stop that
or
Want to.
Firemen are not voted in
They are born into it
They live in a world
Of hardships
But they don't crack
Yet they live in this world
This is what they choose
This is what they are.
(This is for all fireman especially the volunteers, that don't get paid for the job they do. This is for them.)
