The One Your Dancing With

Late at night, when I have trouble sleeping.
I lay awake and listen to your shallow breathing.
I can't help myself but to wonder,
who are you with in your dreams?
Who is it, that gives you that unconscious smile.
Whose eyes do you stare deeply into;
whose hand do you hold?
Who is it your walking along the beach with
or on a mountain high.
Who is it that makes you laugh;
Puts a spark in your eye.
Who is it, what prince can it be.
Does the one your dancing with;
look anything like me.
