Keep unity of the Spirit in a bond of peace,
Unfortunately that wars will never cease;
There's one body and Spirit in being called,
In hope from the sin you were enthralled;
One baptism and one faith and one Lord,
One God and Father to all who is adored;
He is above all as well as being in you,
Watching and helping in all that you do;
But unto everyone of us is given favor,
As to value of the gift from our Savior;
With ascending to Heaven up on high,
He gave each of us gifts for us to rely;
Some were prophets and others teachers,
Some were librarians and some preachers;
For perfecting the ministry and the Saints,
For edifying Christ's body from restraints;
Till our faith comes together to be as one,
And of the full knowledge of God's Son;
Be kind and tenderhearted to one another,
As God forgave you so forgive each other.
