Halo In My Pocket

When my wings are whole,
I'll be ready to fly…
Across the sunset,
And through the sky…
Beyond the clouds and it's mystery
I'll reach beyond the galaxy…

When my wings are healed,
And I'm ready to try…
I'll share my love,
And we'll never die…
I'll hold you in my arms and be,
The only friend you'll ever need…

But my wings are damaged,
I can't reach space…
Wishful moments,
They never take place…
Time keeps wasting by and by,
Please heal, then teach me- how to fly.
