The green eyed monster surfaces,
And destruction is the name of the game,
For jealousy is second to none,
It consumes till it drives them insane!
A bile swells in the throat,
Evil lurks behind the eyes,
And a bitter taste in the mouth…
Causes hurt and surprise!
Surprise that the person once so nice,
Could turn into a twisted being,
So much so, that people know,
That evil's what that they are seeing!
The once so nice person has altered,
The evil that was hidden so well,
But not changed, no not at all,
It lay in the hidden bowels of hell!
All they saw is the perfect person,
Truth hidden from eyes that can't see,
The real them, the bitter and twisted…
The ‘true' being until hate is set free!
Hate boils over and swells up,
Consuming their heart and mind,
Until all that's left is destruction,
For that is all we will find!
The truth will always prevail,
And once it's been set free,
That's when we know there's no going back,
To return to hate and jealousy!
The green eyed look of hate,
The wildness in their eyes,
The evil lurks below the smile,
But the smile doesn't always disguise!
They hide it well from all they know,
But it's been there all the time,
Hidden deep…filed away,
But to us they looked good and fine!
But bitter and twisted, hate and hurt,
Is the recipe for the day!
Put them together and what do we have?
We have a monster on display!
So please don't be too sad Jay,
And don't let it ruin your life,
I know you're hurt and feeling sad,
And it's causing you so much strife!
But it's not our fault we get sucked in,
Into the bitter and twisted mind,
The one that play's with our feelings,
The one who causes a pain so unkind!
Live your life as you see fit,
Don't let this get in the way,
Enjoy your life don't let it ruin it,
And therein begins a brand new day!
For one day the sun will shine again,
And this will be in the past,
And there you'll be, back to the Jay we love,
And able to have true happiness at last!
Chin Up Jay! You are surrounded,
In an abundance of love for you!
Lean on your friends for a while,
It will help you see things through!
So when you need a shoulder or two,
And when you need a pillar of strength,
Or if all you need is a cup of tea and a chat,
Then rely on your friends at length!
Love, happiness and friends!
That's what life is all about Jay…
