The Day The Light Went out ^
Darkness set in along came the Prince of the dark
First abortion breaking humanity it's every rules,
Divorce don't like it next who cares about vows
Forget the exceptions give everyone an easy way out,
Legalized pornography gambling and prostitution
License for greed lust let it roll freely with no aggravation!
Then they took prayers out of schools
Who needs prayers lets put out the light,
Now forbidding the Ten Commandments in our courtrooms!
Fire the teacher's judges who oppose those rules!
Then gays and lesbian's rights to marry all abominations in his sight,
Everyone should have freedom to express himself or herself who cares if that it ins't right,
Conscience who needs one living on the darker side!
Now lets blame God for all that's going wrong why isn't he cleaning our mess?
Where was he on September 11Th when all hell broke out?
Why are the children lost to the other side gangs drugs and suicide,
Hearts grown colder no love in this world wonder why where's the light?
The day the light went out when we chose to live freely into the darker side,
He is right where we left and denied him and his ten rules to obeyed and live by
Jesus wept and replied I so love you wanted to embrace and shelter you
But you wouldn't't let me you abandon me I Am the Word and the Light why?
