I may not be rich or famous
But the treasures I hold,
By far greater then gold!
At heart I am very richly poor
Filled with love and compassion,
Earned refined put through fire
From gold to golden,
Never given only acquired!
Trials test of time it’s only substance.
Fame never lasting vain false glory
Rich in number adds up to worries,
More you get the more you want!
Money can buy many toys
It will never buy joy,
Famous leads to loneliness.
True riches in life are priceless
Friendships, true love,
Family all gifts from above!
Real success is not about how many mansions?
Being rich truly is the poor at heart a heavenly fountain
Blessings overflows are endless,
The soul remains at peace that’s priceless true riches.
