My little old car it’s not very bright,
It’s rusty and rotten and falling apart,
The headlights are wonk’y and rear lights are out,
But my little old car still gets me about.
The paint work is flaking there’s holes in the floor,
And a gaping great crack you can see through the door,
The sunroof is leaking for the rain it pours in,
And the engine it clatters and makes quite a din.
The tyres I think will last me some time,
Cause I’ve filled them with concrete, no punctures in mine,
My exhaust pipe it rattles and drags on the floor,
And it smokes like a goodn when my engine roars.
But it’s my little banger and it’s still on the road,
And though it’s a heap it still goes and goes,
So next time you see it banging about,
You’ll know it’s my smoke that the things throwing out.
