O Lord Speak
(A Prayer)
O Lord speak, I need to hear your voice
My heart is heavy not by chioce
I have walked for miles tonight
Praying you will give me sight
O Lord speak, I need for you to speak
At this time I a am heavy burden and weak
Do not hide thyself from me
I only humble myself before thee.
O Lord speak to comfort my soul
My heart cries out and my tears flow
Take not thy hand from upon me
I only need to be near thee.
O Lord speak, I need to know your there
At times I feel all alone down here
Am I pleasing to thy sight?
I need you to hold me tonight.
O Lord speak, or I shall perish
For you love I do only cherrish
Hide not from me thy loving face
I am asking for your mercy and grace.
O Lord speak, in my hour of need
For on your words will my soul feed
Take me beyond this sinful place,
So I may rest for the night in thy embrace.
