Oh how this feeling of love embraces me,
I’m engulfed with all life’s desire,
Enriched with new feelings of happiness,
Renewed to the meaning of life.
With each movement you make I’m a quiver,
A giggling babbling reckless body,
Beholden only to you in the room,
Each word spoken as if from you lips.
Every bone in my body bequeaths it’s self to you,
All rational thinking pushed aside,
As you’re overwhelming look entangles me,
Thus at this moment in time I am yours.
As you pass me I am wanting, waiting,
Willing you to sweep me up in you’re arms,
Then you’re gone, I look at my desk and there,
My wife, my all, my dream, guilt inspired.
For in one moment of imaginative passion,
I could have lost my world my life,
I smile with relief for I know I’m lucky,
For today temptations bid to spoil failed.
