When you’re feeling sad and low,
There’s a place that you can go,
Close you’re eyes lay back and rest,
Find a world within you’re head.
When you arrive then find a dream,
A gorgeous place you’ve never been,
See the mountains soaring high,
Watch the birds up in the sky.
Take you’re place it’s time to start,
Find the thoughts from in you’re heart,
Picture how it’s going to be,
Then let go, you will be free.
Found the dream now live it out,
You’re now alive without a doubt,
A flying bird of freedom soaring in the air,
Now it’s time to smile you have not got a care.
Remember all the happy times,
In days and years gone bye,
Incorporate them into you’re dreams,
Let happy times burst from you’re seems,
Then when you wake and skies are gray,
Look back remember yesterday,
Saddened times are not fore seen,
But when they come remember dream.
