I sit beside the clear blue waters,
Tears roll down my checks like rivers,
Rivers of pain from my loss of you,
But you are not died just gone.
Far away from this place of happiness,
Gone from my life for ever more,
This day a day of hell on earth,
Relentless pains of my own self worth.
A picture of you released before me,
Slowly drifts on the ripples beyond touch,
Like time standing still it’s going slow,
The memories of you will slowly fade.
Yet deep inside there will always be,
You still here as I close my eyes,
Distorted vision twisted memories past,
But for now I will cry.
I will cry for the time we had,
My all I gave to you. For ever,
Yes I will cry you left me blue,
You start your life a new.
You go with you’re new found lover,
But never come back to me,
Once bitten twice shy though I will survive,
For you tonight I will cry but not forever more.
Tomorrow I will start again,
Still in pain but I will go on,
You will be gone my world will change,
All that will remain is a tear in my eye.
Time passes time hills and the tear will dry,
My heart will heal my mind will live,
And you are gone, as the picture of you has gone to,
Tomorrow a new dawn goodbye this kiss I blow to you.
