Hearts are very heavy today
As New York Trade Center
Was crushed away
Leaving our world shocked
With despair
As we think of loved ones
And friends so dear.
Why does man
have such a need,
to destroy lives
over nothing but greed?
Words can never be spoken by man
That will help us understand
But our prayers are with you all today,
You precious people of USA.
Time will heal your sorrow and pain
Time will help you to forgive again
Because God lives in your hearts.
