But if we all gave in and faded away… The world would be an empty place today! We all have trials and tribulations that hurt, And yes, people we love can hurt when they blurt! With words and pain, for it hurts, that's true! But there is no mountain to high to climb for you! You need to clear your head and thoughts of harm, Find an ear, a friend, speak out, sound the alarm! Thoughts in your head batter your mind, I understand that, and its pain you find! But life is so precious take that from me, And one day when you feel better this you will see! If you end your life – then that's final, so true, You can't take it back…there's nothing you can do! You can't turn back time you can't take it back, You have to rid your head of thoughts so black! You need some strength and its deep within you, Find it and use it, do the best you can do! But don't end your life nothing is worth that deed, No matter the hurt and no matter your need… There is always an answer, always a light, Look for the tunnel…rid yourself of the night! For when we are in pain, its blackness we see, I have been down that road, as many others will be. But no matter the pain, no matter the trial, Take refuge in others, and walk that last mile! But don't give up hope don't give up on your life, Work through the hurt, work through the strife! The body's a temple and no matter our age, It's just another test on life's great stage! Surpass it, get strong, and dig deep inside… Come into the light, don't run and hide! For no matter what you think or what you feel, Death comes only once…it's final and real! So unload your pain and fear and strife, Never say never and never give up your life!! It's worth the effort, the heartache and pain, But at the end of the day, it's your life that you gain!!!! If someone you love had these thoughts in their head, Tell me would it scare you - and cause you such dread? The answer is yes, I know you know this is true! Don't do to them, what you wouldn't want to go through! It's the ones left behind that suffer the pain and strife, When someone they love ends their life!
