Climb the highest mountain, punch the face of god

You are my bad mood

I wish I could go away with the shadows,
Never allow myself to be seen till the gloaming hours.
Don't you look at me,
Your eyes so full of ridicule, like
I've done something wrong when
I've merely walked through the door and
Back into your life. What?
Did you think you had gotten rid of me?
Did you think I would vanish away
Just because you had wished it?
I've hidden in my room,
In the corner while the fading sunlight
Casts shadows on my wall,
It fades behind the trees…
I'm hiding away from the world when I'm in the shadows,
They offer the comfort I think I need,
But perhaps insanity has taken away
The better part of my thinking.
As I slink away into the shadows,
I know it's only a matter of time before
You come into my world
And ask me what put me in such a mood.
You are my bad mood.
