Climb the highest mountain, punch the face of god

Searching, forever

Some time's, it's like I'm forever searching for that something
That was lost and dumped beside an empty highway.
I cannot find what was once lost and the whole in my soul
Yearns to be filled once more, though, having no clue
As to my loss, I am unable to help myself.
I'm always searching for it, aware of everything.
I search for it like it was a missing child,
I never give up even when my chances prove futile.
I know I shall tire and rest for a few days but
The search is never-ending, like spiritual life.
I shall find that which I lost, I only need to know its shape,
To know its figure or its emotion or its reasoning,
And to know those things, the path will be lightened up for me to travel upon.
