God cares about each day
Today I came to you,
to communicate and pray.
I wanted to share the happenings,
throughout my stressful day.
With every word that left my mouth,
I thought, "do you even care?"
"are you even listening?"
"are you really there?"
Just when I decided to stop,
I let the complaining cease.
I asked, "Oh Father are you there?"
and you showered me with peace.
You care about my life,
and all that I go through.
Without you in my life,
I don't know what I would do.
What a difference you make,
when I include you in everything I do.
No matter how stressful the days,
