PEACE

There is a peace that comes
that is of a different kind
it soothes the soul
which is hard for one to find.

When one stands still and listens
to the voice that whispers soft
they may hear something
that can't be even sought.

For when we listen quite
in the tenderness of mind
we find the peace that
only God can help us find.

In our inner stillness
we can find this special peace
as we give our self totally
it becomes a sweet release.
