A New Woman

TOO LATE WHEN THE DAMAGE IS DONE

Her life easy as words can say.
She got all the attention.
All the drama.
The looks everything you can name.
Except never the understanding.
She had the heart.
Rarely kind of showing through her dark clouds.
The guy who was the good guy, the smart one, the one with great intentions and respected everyone asked her...
"Can i have a date."
She turned him down and never did she look and pulled her scams up to no good.
One day he had enough couldn't take it on top of years of vicious bullying.
So he went into the toilet filled the sink with water, lighter gas, and dissolved heroin and tobacco and he stuck his face in there.
All his Patience he held onto the taps so hard.
So gripped.
Waited and waited until he he was gasping for air.
Never did he move until the last ten minutes when he'd drowned his own life away.
he was gone forever.
All because people have to take things one step too far.
With no thinking, no respect not one inch of sorrow.
Now he's dead and nobody cares all because he was different.
