What can you and I do to give our shorties a chance in this world
Have to let them know the real deal about whats happenin
Don't try to cover up their little eyes,but be aware they will learn the truth from all the lies

There is nothin you can't see on T.V.,hear on the radio,find on the computer or read in the newspaper
Plain as day is how the social immoral acts are displayed on all of these mediums
Then you expect these kids to grow up seein and hearin all of these things,to not grow up and become mean
Verily,verily,so you best believe they are trasnsformed into somethin we could not have imagined
They have the grown folks afraid to walk down their own streets,hopin to survive and not get beat
What the hell is goin on in this strange world that we are livin,that we can just take so many livez

If you not thinkin about the here and now as well as the near future state of the world

There is nothin eazy about takin care of anotha persons life,when you have to be worried about you own
Some of these kids are doing some things out there in the world that they should not be doing until they are full grown
