Poetic-Verses-Awakening Spirits and Memories
The look of a woman truly loved
This poem was written by taking words from a paragraph in the book "Remember" by Barbara Taylor Bradford.
The words really inspired me, I mentioned it to a good friend of mine and we composed this poem together.
With flawless, faintly tinted skin,
A rosy bloom upon her,
Like the first blush of the morning
Surrounding her with golden glow,
A transcendent inner beauty
Rising deep within her soul,
Ripeness playing about her lips,
Dew moistened, mellow, glistening.
A subtle sensuality:
With the swaying of her hips,
As she wraps herself in
Finely woven pleasures,
Her exquisite flush of satisfaction
Radiates through the cool night air,
Oozing love from her fingertips.
A wise expression in her eyes,
She loves, knowing she is beloved.
The look of this woman is an afterglow
Which a man can recognise
And the man who sees, comprehends
And he will always know.
