What's it like to feel loved?
I wouldn't know
because no one has loved me
the way I love you.
Is being loved,
the same as loving someone?
I feel so much
just by loving you.
Would it feel just the same,
If you loved me?
I guess I won't know
because you love someone else.
Being loved must feel beautiful
and hard to explain.
But being loved by you
must feel magical
and peaceful like heaven.
It must feel like a fairytale
like dreaming but, yet you're still awake.
Could that be the way it feels
to be loved?
Because that's the way
I feel loving you,
even though this love
comes with pain and tears
for I don't have you.
I do wish your heart was here
just like mine is always there with you.
So what's it like to feel loved?
Is it the same
as being in love?
Will I ever know
how it feels?
Is being loved for real?
