Here With Me

My world would slowly fall apart
All my days would turn to dark
With clouds of grey to be all I see
Can't you see I need you here with me

The birds would lose their melodic song
Even the best days would go wrong
Dreams would burst before I could believe
Can't you see I need you here with me

My eyes would cry until tears were spent
My words would silence before they were read
A beautiful heart would never beat
Can't you see I need you here with me

The stars would lose their soft luster
Drops of rain would fall in a cluster
That is how my world would truly be
Can't you see I need you here with me
