Lost Love

Love is a very fragile yet strong emotion
That is capable of changing lives and peoples notions
People become what they don't want to be
To get the one they want; but they cannot see
That as they change for the worse they cannot return
To what they once were before for which they yearn
Once the morals and values are gone
They are an empty shell with no legs to stand on
Is it possible to regain the morals and values
Which are so important to make you; you
Will people be able to forgive you for all of the pain?
Will you again have their love and respect; that you want to gain?
Only through God will these things take place
So you can again look people in the face
