Why do you bare this cross so hard to carry?
Do you not see before you the way is clear?
Open your hearts to forgiveness and end,
The fighting that goes on year after year.
What waist of life if you cannot see,
That this was not supposed to be,
Why don't you try to understand?
Live in piece with your fellow man.
Greed is not worth all the rot,
That dwells within its smelting pot,
There's more to life than what you have,
Just take a look it's not that bad.
Hatred sorrow life full of pain,
Religion getting in the way,
In the end you've all forgot,
You fight and call it the will of God.
God made man to live his dream,
To me you've all forgot it seems,
You quibble and squabble with your wars,
But all forgot what its all for.
All you have to do is shear,
Give and take be true and care,
You should not fight your fellow man,
But help him out and understand.
For in the end we all will die,
Every one yes you and I,
If you carry on like this,
This world so beautiful you'll miss.
This place of beauty made for us,
All to share without any fuss,
All you have to do is love,
Each other if you're strong enough.
